I took the time last Friday to reflect on where I was six months ago and where I am now, in many realms of life such as spiritual, career, health, relationships, finance, and so on, to ultimately make goals for 2019. I realized with a jolt, WOW, six months ago I was in such a different place. I am so excited about today!!!!!!!! And tomorrow!!! Everyday!!! Reflection made me conscious of this, and I have so much gratitude and appreciation for this.

“Journey” is one of my areas to focus on as I freely choose activities in the moment, for hours, days, even weeks on end. In alignment with my soul, step by step, each step is an accomplishment, this is the process, the journey is where the beauty lies, and end goals are… cream.
