Encouragement

It can get discouraging when health issues and caustic vibes loom. Certainly getting older hurts! People can be negative. War, economic uncertainty, and governmental strife can be exhausting. Encouragement must be sought after and here is a brain dump to remind myself, and take action toward peaceful living.

~What are those things I love? Work persistently for them.
~Just start; then keep taking small steps.
~You are special. “You are loved. You are precious”, says God.
~Plans and goals inspired by your intuition are gold!
~Trust yourself.
~Serve for the greater good.
~Love well!
~Be mindful to sense moments and life, enjoy.
~Success and your persona are NOT defined by anyone else. Ignore comments.
~This day is for you. Make a move today.
~Be courageous, bold, calm, humble.
~Surround yourself with kindness and love, all that is good and pure.
~Herbal remedies can improve our well being mentally and physically.
~Praying works wonders.
~Getting outside is restorative and inspirational.

Encouragement when Depleted

Feeling a bit depleted, a list of to do’s for today will focus on “filling my cup”. Literally with lemon balm tea! Tennis is not till 2 … it is 9:33. After tennis I can get in the hot tub for my shoulder. I’m looking at the list … I love my apothecary but I am behind on straining out herbs and retaining just the oil or alcohol in appropriately sized bottles. This is a good project for this morning since it is a bit chilly outside.

encouragement to take something

While clearing out, I can take some tincture and use some oils to help my ailments. Organized, it will look so much better!

I do want to be mindful throughout the day. Right now is peaceful, I have a cozy faux fur throw. It is quiet in between hubby’s Verizon and banking dilemmas. I am glad to be mindful of how I am feeling and making a plan to smooth the rough edges today.

Okay, that’s a wrap. Encouragement to take action throughout my day has been received. Gotta get to the tinctures for a dropperful of sumpthin’.
