Which snack is healthy? Better nutrients and fewer ingredients can be a simple solution for choosing convenience food to have on hand.

 Larabars, RXbars, Go Raw bars, Healthy Warrior, Clif Bar, Epic……..

Looking at labels I am shocked at some “healthy” snack bars. This goes for other food categories as well. I am not going to waste my time looking up what all of these crazy ingredients actually are. It is simpler to choose the ones with better and less ingredients like RX bars. I had the Mint Chocolate bar that was 210 calories and 12 grams of protein, exactly the pick me up I needed, it was delicious and filling with 4 ingredients: Egg Whites, Almonds, Cashews, and Dates. The variety pack will let you find your favorite. Healthy Warrior and Larabar also had a short list of recognizable ingredients.
